Villa Jardín

Lovely and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Great location.

Nice outdoor space

No air conditioning (but we did know this before booking).

The villa's prime location and high standards of cleanliness and presentation make it an excellent choice. The pool is fantastic, with a pleasing shape and ample depth. The spacious, comfortable grounds provide privacy as they are not overlooked by any neighboring properties.

Villa Jardin had several issues that significantly affected our enjoyment. The ceiling fan in the lounge was broken, leaving us with no air movement on hot days. Additionally, the safe in the bedroom was broken and needed to be fixed. The pool heater was also broken, rendering it unusable. The pool net and the parasol umbrella were broken as well, causing dirty pools and no shade option in the garden. Moreover, we experienced a complete lack of hot water for over a day when the hot water boiler broke. Lastly, dealing with the ant infestation in the villa was a major hassle. Although Luna Villas, the management company, did address most of the issues, it was inconvenient to have the maintenance man visit repeatedly. Furthermore, our request for a compensatory payment for the hot water issue, along with all the other various issues, was ignored.

Beautiful property in a great location with all the amenities you would require. Wonderful pool and garden area for our daughter to play around in. Roof terrace with amazing views was pretty special.

Lack of air con however the ceiling fans were fairly good and with the windows open with the breeze it was generally cool enough.

I chose the villa due to the location:- walking distance to Playa Blanca . The layout of the villa was good and garden was lovely, with shaded areas to eat and relax . The beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom had patio doors to the garden and pool area which was lovely. Mid week a new set of clean towels were delivered . The location is a quiet and tranquil area to unwind and relax

Although the host kindly left us a bottle of water and a bottle of wine , I would have preferred even if we had to pay a small package of basic necessities:- ie sugar , tea, coffee , milk bread etc . Therefore saving a trip to supermarket as soon as we got there . The bathrooms only had 1 toilet roll each , which was not enough : ( so another trip to supermarket. We were left adequate amounts of bath towels , but no towels for the pool. Most villas I have stayed leave both bathroom toweIs and pool towels for their guests . Finally I would also advise they have a look at their current fridge as it was not very cold .
