White sand Villa. Spacious villa with prive pool.

My wife, daughter and I have stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in October. The villa is indeed spacious with a tremendous view on the surrounding mountains and sea. It has a very nice pool area with seats. Also in the pool surroudings there are comfortable seats to have breakfast, dinner, reading etc. in the sun or shadow depending on your preference. The rooms are very clean and cosey, the beds are oke (we found them a little on the hard side) and the kitchen is well equipped (only a dishwasher is lacking). There is a supermarket and a petrol station within 3 minutes driving. The nearest beach with nice restaurants is within 5 minutes driving. Also Iraklion and Rethymnon are cities close by and easy to reach.

Wifi outside the main living area (that is outside and in the sleeping rooms) could be improved. But overall wifi performance was stable and fast enough (for working, teams calls, Netflix streaming). There are mosquito's in the area, but there are no insect screens on the windows, so you need to kill them yourself and use some DEET when you go to sleep. There was construction work going on at a nearby house that sometimes caused some noise. These are minor remarks, as our overall experience in the villa was super good.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa. It looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and extremely well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the entire house felt very comfortable and welcoming. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing – peaceful, private, and beautifully designed. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway.

Very nice,clean and spaciuos villa. Fantastic pool in garden, very comfortable back yard with everything you need to grill or baking pica :) houst very nice and left cold water for us,vine and local rakia in refigerator and snacks. Were was an erathquake and hosts ask that was allright. So we glad to find that White sand Villa and we recommend to stay here :)

Ladies, we are so greatful for your service! Thank you so very much!!! Villa equipped with absolutely everything you need and beyond our expectations. Outstanding swimming pool area, beautiful garden with pomegranate trees and olive trees. It’s difficult to describe - you need experience this!!! We just love this place!

Very spacious and comfy. We had a great time here and enjoyed the house a lot.

Spacious place, with a fairly big pool, ready to use BBQ, oven, different places to sit and hang out inside and outside, pretty good equipped facilities, nice view, parking space for many cars and good access to the motorway, the village of ag. Pelagia, bakery, super market etc.

No Internet at all. The devices could connect to the WiFi network of the house, but it wouldn't provide any Internet connection. I mentioned that to the administrator, she said it's a region problem which should be solved soon. After 5 days nothing happened. I think the problem is on the connection of the router of the house. I restarted it but no luck. Extremely many mosquitoes, although we had liquid to repel them, they were really persistent. Just 4 sunbeds, although we were 6 people there. No dishwasher and the washing machine is installed in the cupboard, which makes the detergent input nit possible.

The property was absolutely beautiful with plenty of outdoor space! The pool was amazing during the hot summer days. I especially loved that the units were separated. The air conditioning in each unit was great!

The showers in all the rooms were very small.

Location, nice pool, stylish and big garden and new flat TVs.

The two bedrooms are actually separate from the main living room. The only access is through the garden. There are quite some mosquitos (a bonus is that mosquito extinguishers are provided in each room, which eliminated the problem). The main bathroom is quite dated and would benefit from a renovation.
