The staff give the best service ever

Loved the location overlooking the Nandoni river....spectacular view.

It's definitely not a 5-star in my opinion. 4-star yes. There's a lot that needs to be ramped up to reach five stars. So adjust your expectations and it should be a great great stay.

Beautiful lakeview. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed at a room on the ground floor which was very spacious and luxurious, and had a nice view.

The gravel road to the hotel is quite difficult to find. We were there after heavy rainfall, and it was rather muddy. But we managed, without a 4x4

Loved everything about the property, the scenery and having the villa to ourselves was such a bliss because we got to enjoy to the fullest. The staff was simply amazing.

Just the time taken to arrange for our activities when we had to do them… but either than that, we happy

Calm and good for relaxing

First the gravel road was mess due to rain which took us for ever to get there , my stay was in pleasant we arrived on Friday and we had cold shower geyser not working and it was cold , following morning we reported the geyser at 7:30 we did not shower the entire day because we gave them enough time to fix , it was confirmed to be fixed but later I t he after water was still cold , we didn’t even swim due to cold water , I have to move us to room where we can get hot water , they then moved us to room lights not working , I wanted to leave that Saturday night because my weekend vacation was ruined , I had to check on Sunday morning and ask my one day to be refunded due to poor service , I was told Patricia will inform booking .com to process my refund and no one has called me to give update

The road to the property is extremely bad , it makes the whole experience terrible driving on the 6 km gravel for close to 30 minutes it’s not good at all .
