outside facilities were brilliant, plenty of seating. Pool was clean. Overall pleasant place to stay.

Felt that the property could do with a lick of paint in certain places, lots of flaking around. Also noticed there was only 1 proper wine glass ( normal size-not the mintaure ones ) , and the chopping knives needed sharpening.

Sehr schönes,gut ausgestattetes Haus ( nur der Pool könnte bei den diesjährigen kühlen Temperaturen etwas wärmer sein ) Sonst aber alles sehr komfortabel !

Nahe an der Promenade und an Supermärkten. Haus nicht mehr neu aber in gutem Zustand. Gute Kücheneinrichtung, selbst der übliche Schwachpunkt die Pfannen waren in Ordnung. Wer allerdings ein Induktionskochfeld gewöhnt ist, braucht etwas Geduld. Aber auf Reisen hast du ja Zeit. Aufpassen aber beim Abschalten. Wenn du ausschaltest ist das nicht wie bei der Induktion tatsächlich aus sonder kocht munter weiter.

Der Pool ist zwar gut geheizt, aber du kannst nur stehen, wenn du mindestens 175 bist. Einfach in einer Ecke sitzen geht nicht. Und zum Schwimmen ist er eigentlich zu kurz. Du kannst aber gut Wenden ueben. Was ich aber noch nie erlebt hab ist dass es bei einer Buchung über 4 Wochen keinen Handtuch und Wäschewechsel gibt. Nicht vorgesehen die Antwort der Verwaltung. Da zahlst du über 4000 Euro und sollst für eine Zwischenreinigung 45 Euro extra zahlen. Ein Unding. Auf die Reinigung haben wir verzichtet, die Bettwäsche selbst gewaschen und kleine Handtücher gekauft. War billiger.

This villa is as described online. It is clean, comfortable and has good working amenities such as air conditioning. It is beautifully appointed. The local area is stunning and accessible on foot. Playa Blanca Beach, the Papagayo Beaches, the Rubicon Marina, with shops and restaurants, a lovely harbour with sailing boats and motor boats. The walk to Rubicon Marina is a beautiful one, along the coast, with benches looking out to sea, lanterns and paving. The beaches mentioned are soft golden sand and the sea is clean. Los Coloradas is a collection of shops and restaurants and amenities and hotels just a skip away from the villa. One can stock up with provisions for the Papagayo beaches there, and then walk over the volcanic cliffs, easily, to access these beaches.

Ideal para pasar unos días de tranquilidad. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Al lado de la playa. Piscina climatizada, ideal si vas en invierno. Segunda vez que vamos y repetiremos.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It’s well-equipped with everything we needed, very clean and well-maintained, and the communication with the host was very clear for a smooth and easy check-in. It’s close to the beach, as well as supermarkets and a small shopping centre with shops and restaurants, and the walk to the marina is very pleasant along the beachfront footpath. The pool is heated to a comfortable 28C. Overall, we highly recommend and would stay again.

As others have said, the garden is not fully private but since the location is on a relatively quiet street, it wasn’t a big issue for us.
