The pool heating was not on when we arrived and seemed only to heat up after the pool cleaning man came on the second day. 1 minute from the villa a large stone was thrown and hit our car window.

The villa is lovely for a small group of friends or a family. The pool and lounging area is wonderful and the BBQ is an added benefit. The decor is really nice and there is plenty of furniture and space. It was so helpful having a full size fridge and freezer as well as plenty of dining ware and other amenities. The area is very quiet, although the villa is quite far away from the seafront and main town, 30-50 minute walk from most restaurants. We did have a wonderful time and would recommend it.

The villa could do with a little updating, the dishwasher doesn't close properly unless you manoeuvre it, and a whole plug socket came out of the wall in the small bedroom when unplugging a plug. There's also a few marks on the worktop space in the kitchen.

One of the highlights of this property is its views over Playa Blanca and it’s surrounding area, it will not disappoint. From the front terrace you can sit and have breakfast watching the sunrise, truly breath taking. Then towards the back of the villa you can watch people walking up Montana Roja throughout the day and then watch the sunset in the evening. Another highlight is the villas location as it is located in the urbanisation area of Playa Blanca and only a 5 mins drive to the main town. It is very secure, quiet and the site itself is mainly habited by local people. The pool and its surrounding area is lovely and cleaned regularly. We loved the different seating areas around the pool and the space. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.

While the outside of villa is lovely the interior areas are needing some attention, specifically the kitchen worktop which has been damaged and all the grouting and seals in both bathrooms. We were also disappointed with the two showers as the water flow was poor and it took quite a while for hot water to come through. However, this wouldn’t stop us coming back it is just a few things that would enhance the property again.
