Fantastic, convenient and safe Location. Help and support from owner was available if needed but everything for us was wonderful so we didn’t need to contact him.

The villa was exactly what I needed and communication with Yassel was simple throughout. Peaceful but with easy access to all amenities, location was perfect for me - a short ten minute walk down to Marina Rubicon and just under thirty to the middle of Playa Blanca via the lovely seafront walk. The pool and patio area get the sun all day from early on but there's enough shade to take a break when needed! Also fantastically private and not overlooked

Marvellous terrace -spacious and completely private with a nice warm swimming pool (March). the owner (Yassel Perez) was extremely efficient and sorted out problems immediately.

Inside is a bit bunker-like as the living room has frosted glass both ends. not sure why, as the outlook is private at one end and could have curtains at the other. Detailed instructions in English for the TV channels would have helped as the main TV only gets Spanish speaking ones and Yassel had to come by to show us how to get BBC etc. Bathroom and shower are fine - lots of hot water. The Villa is actually 1.5 miles away from the main shopping/restaurant (20 minutes walk) area of Playa Blanca and although there are shops and restaurants in the Rincon development, the atmosphere is a bit more modern and building sites going up everywhere. but pleasant walks along the front towards Papagayo beach. No tin opener!

No information folder, lack of cleaning materials for cleaning bathroom. Hot water ran out .
