Villa Lobos

The property is in a nice area of Playa Blanca close to the Marina

The property needs modernisation….. kitchen is dated …. The pool had bits off the palm trees in that I suppose couldn’t be helped with it be windy….

Pool was a cold.

Heel kindvriendelijk, een kinderbedje, een bedhek, een kinderstoel, zelfs bestek voor de kleine was aanwezig. Superfijn!

Me gustó mucho. Está en una urbanización tranquila pero si te apetece salir a comer o tomar algo o de compras tienes el puerto a 15 minutos por un paseo marítimo muy bonito. Un punto más por la piscina (pequeña pero guay) y la barbacoa. Ambas privadas. Y le da el sol desde la mañana a la noche. Genial para pasar unos días en Lanzarote.

Que et veu la gent que passa pel costat, no tens intimitat. Que la porta de la comunitat esta just d’avant i passa tothom i o ren i tanquen

Ser el último apartamento y la tranquilidad

La piscina necesita mantenimiento al ser al lado de una avenida no había privaticidad en las instalaciones. Solo había dos rollos de papel para 4 personas un finde de semana, también una sola bolsa de basura no se me informó si había cámaras en la villa dudamos si teníamos privaticidad .Las fotos que se ven en booking.com de la villa no es lo mismo parecía todo más bonito y fue todo lo contrario.

Villa is clean and well equipped. Localisation is fine it is couple minutes to the port and some restaurants and one supermarket is nearby. Swimming pool is nice when it’s hot.

The swimming pool should be cleaner, it was some dirty at the bottom. There is little privacy outside, everyone who’s walking on the street can look at you in the pool or on sun bed. Inside the villa, especially in living room and bigger bedroom on the first floor is loud from the street when someone open and close the gate to the estate.
