It’s located next to the beach it has its own swimming pool

The mattress spring pop out everywhere making it so painful to sleep on really old cheap hard mattress for the price we are paying as much as a 5 star hotel it’s dissappointing when can’t get proper sleep all matresses like this. The bathrooms also condition so old not upgraded. The master bedroom with bath tub the owner kept the room locked what’s the point to charge 5 star rates but give us other rooms and no access to main room in the house? Also the owner didn’t provide a water machine so we can have enough drinking water supply only provided a 3 or 5 litre bottle of water daily. The house decor and furniture was like in the photos. The pool table was dusty and pool table stick was broken the tip. Also as previous occupants commented the electrical power points in the rooms were still not working at all. The good thing is the back door access to the beach but it has rocks so not for swimming which was fine and there is a bbq pit, pool table and swimming pool. The tv in the living room was so small. Much improvement needed. You should also provide indoor house slippers

Huge villa with super cosy rooms

Although has own access to the beach, not suitable for swimming

Got many monkeys moving around the house in the morning and evening looking for food. Feel a bit unsafe to go out from the house.

The care taker Mr Siva is exceptionally courteous and dependable. We love the villa. Very clean, super comfort and value money for our family holiday!

Everything, the house is spacious for big group guests, cleanliness is good, swimming pool & beach side is great, very convenient.
