Nothing as it was a nightmarish experience for me and my family!

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience: * Property was completely different from advertised photos – rundown, poorly maintained, and not cleaned * Listed as pet-friendly, but owner later denied pets → forced to arrange pet hotel at extra cost * Arrived after check-in time but house was not ready at all * Found worker repairing broken swimming pool pump upon arrival * No check-in staff present – had to repeatedly call before assistance arrived * Upon entry, house was dirty and unacceptable: * Stained, unwiped tables * Broken sofa and chairs * Refrigerator had leftover smelly drinks * Clearly last-minute maintenance, not properly prepared for guests * Offered alternative property only after complaint: * Cleaner but still substandard * Missing basics: no batteries in remotes, poorly equipped BBQ pit, low water pressure * Backyard filled with renovation materials * Breakfast (included) was not provided: * Waited nearly 2 hours * Staff claimed no food available due to festival (not true – easily found nearby) * Found a dead kitten near BBQ area, creating a very disturbing environment * Owner was: * Unresponsive and dismissive * Blamed staff instead of taking responsibility * Made racist remarks, which was completely unacceptable * Overall experience: * Misrepresentation of property * Poor hygiene, poor maintenance, and lack of professionalism * Not worth the price paid (RM1600/night) * Checked out early due to extremely unpleasant experience!

this is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. Please don’t waste your money staying at this horror show of a house.
