The location was the only good thing about the place. The estate was neat itself but the actual property NEEDS SOME WORK.

The place was extremely dusty and dirty. The white carpets were actually brown and off coloured. The scatter cushions had dirty stains on them. Not sanitary at all. Bathroom was terrible, the actual toilet was leaking and the shower had drainage issues hence the water stands while you shower. When you use the bottom shower the whole ceiling in the bedroom next door vibrates and makes a scary sound as if the ceiling is going to come crashing down. Not value for money at all. As a last minute booking we had to take what we got but we would never stay in this apartment again. Estate did not have many facilities. We could not wait to get home.

It was a wholesome and very child-friendly environment. The facilities are accommodating and provide a safe space for kids to move around freely.

The host Craig was very accommodating to all our requests. Arguably the best view of the river and mouth from this unit. The unit has everything you need the added bonus it has a washer and dryer makes life really simple for laundry can travel lighter Loved this unit my second time here and definitely not our last. 10/10 understatement this unit should be a 100/10 our whole family has a great time love it ❤️. An such a beautiful memory for my wife's birthday.
