RGL Place Siargao

Clean and comfortable room with plenty of storage. Property was in the perfect location. Staff were very friendly, always saying hello and goodbye as we left and entered the property. Water dispenser was also very useful.

No WiFi in the rooms but that wasn’t much of a problem for us

Everything was amazing! The host was super friendly and polite and was super helpful! He asked when we wanted our rooms cleaning, alongside making the effort for general chit chat! The rooms was lovely and spacious with a refill water station! Beds were really comfy too :) overal lovely stay that we had! Ps, we’ve named the 3 stray dogs Wolf, Doug and Mable! You’ll know exactly who’s who :)

The location was great, right in heart of general Luna. The property had hot water which was lap good even though water pressure was fairly low. Good sized room too.

No WiFi at the property is an issue. Also it was soo noisy! every morning at 5am the church plays a loud song for an hour! farm animals also make a lot of noise. biggest issue however was they didn’t clean the room even once during the 9 day stay and constant evil looks from the older male members of the hotel. wouldn’t reply to good mornings or waves of hello, pretty rude!

Don't expect to sleep early or late. There was a construction on the property, hammer banging started at 8am. On off days, loud music from the little restaurant started at 8am anyway. The restaurant hosts music jams and parties in the evening, with loud music of course. It seems that the staff lives there, staying there was like beining a not very welcome guest in their house - they shout at each other, rev their motorbikes etc. When you need something from the staff, like a change of water dispenser that's leaking, you have to tell them several times, they just ignore the requests otherwise.

The staff are really nice

The noise, they’re hammering at your front door sometimes before 7 am but everyday never later than 7, I was travelling with mates next door and we like to go out so unless your here for surfing and up early this will be painful - we are here for drinking and it was tough not getting enough sleep I stayed for 4 nights and no toilet paper was given and no one came to clean up

location, easy to rent bikes, good air conditioning

we had no water two nights (out of three) in a row and had to wait for them to turn it on. the place was not super clean, no toilet lid, the door was tricky

The owner of the place is very attentive to the well-being of the customers, I really appreciated this !

good size room, free hot and cold water on the room, amazingly friendly owner, small restaurant on site with good food and scooter rental can be arranged.

the rooms have a kitchen, but without any utensisls, so its kind of useless. the island has bad water pressure, so also here. its realy a homestay, so dont expect to meet fellow travelers. with a nice hang out or chill area, at least, as per western standards it would be so . the family hangs around all day in their restauant on plastic chairs. fine for a lunch, but not a place to relax.
