"Pricey but luxurious, very comfortable and relaxing stay"

Early check in. Very responsive staff who provided excellent service. Beautiful accomodations, more or less as shown in the photos. Spacious and beautiful dining/living areas and pool space, convenient to order grab food service. Very near the beaches as well, 5min to kamala beach by driving, 10-15mins surin beach. Lovely in-house massage service (at additional charge of course). Convenient free shuttle service to and fro nearby locations in Kamala town area. Walking distance to "memory cafe" which made really lovely drinks

For the price point, perhaps providing a crib with no additional cost a night could be expected. Bath tub had rusty/dirty water which could not be fixed during our stay, although credit to the service staff for good service recovery and for trying their best to solve the problem. Price point would be abit steep but it was worth the money

the location and the size of the swimming pool.

1. Staff entered the villa to water the plants without any permission or even knocking on the door. 2. The furniture was worn out and dirty. 3. There was a very bad smell in the villa and especially in the bathrooms. 4. The air conditioner stopped working on the last day.

The service was top notch. Location is a bit far from the beach and main area but there is a shuttle running very regularly and you can WhatsApp them to drop you off or pick you up. The reception desk is extremely responsive and always reliable. They will plan day trips the evening before and help with any requests. The villa was very comfortable to stay in and the cleaning service very efficient. We had a lovely stay.

the lovely nature. and the friendly staff, great buildings and clean swimming pools.

it was hard to order breakfast from the hotel.
