Your property is well decorated and presents beautifully. It was sparkling clean and the layout both inside and outside is perfect. The pool is the best temperature for your climate. We loved the waterfall, outdoor shower, swing, and ability to access the pool various ways.

The twin beds were extremely hard and we slept on the couch all nights instead of using that room. There should be bathrobes in a place with that many windows. There were no tv channels in English or Netflix. The gnats that bite make sitting outside very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs lotion.

The villa is perfect for family travel!

Everything about the villa was perfect. Clean and tidy and most importantly fantastic communication with hotel all throughout our stay. Free shuttle bus down to beach everyday and easy to book. Staff were very helpful and caring.

The villa is spacious and clean, with prompt customer service that attends to guests' needs immediately. I was particularly impressed by the welcoming and accommodating nature of the staff.

The open windows allowed for visual access between our neighboring residences, particularly during nighttime hours. Consequently, I found it necessary to draw the curtains.

Location was great - about a 6 minute walk down to the beach. They also have a free shuttle bus to the beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from close by. Kamala Beach is really clean and beautiful and not too crowded. This was our 2nd stay in Kamala Beach and would be one of the best places to stay in Phuket.

The pool water was murky from previous guests, however once staff were advised, they sent a pool guy to look at it every day. That was appreciated.

The staff were amazing. The property is beautiful, well appointed, spacious and the facilities are fabulous.
