Villa Maday by Villalia

The villa itself is very beautiful and well decorated both inside and outside. It's compact but very well designed, so it feels spacious. The view from the terrace towards the mountains is great. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. The pool is amazing when warm. We felt very comfortable here!

The pool was cold at arrival. We communicated this to the host and they immideately turned up the heat for us. But the heat pump was out of order and stopped working again. There were some minor issues with the villa, but the host did what they could to help us. Cleaning service was delayed one day.

Property was excellent perfect location quiet with stunning views ,villa was in overall good condition and had everything could need for a relaxing break. pool was heated and cleaned regularly inside was clean and tidy also cleaner stopped in half way through our stay, hosts were also quick to respond when i asked a question. We enjoyed it and have already booked for next year.

Bathrooms were perfectly functional but could do with a refresh to match the standard of villa but it doesn’t detract from overall experience.

A villa with a great location. The airport is only about 30 kilometers away by car. The beautiful Flamingo beach is close, shopping streets and restaurants are not far away. The villa has many seating areas. Breakfast could be enjoyed on one of the terraces with a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean. The kitchen also had a dining table with comfortable chairs. The pool area had a large table for lunch or dinner. In addition, sofas with a small table for enjoying cocktails. Deck chairs for sunbathing. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. The pool is very clean and warm. The kitchen has everything you need, except for cooking gloves:) The bathrooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and soft. The floors are sparkling clean. The stone floors in the outdoor areas are also extremely clean. The washing machine is in a very convenient location with a drying rack. If there was also a dryer, it would be very convenient. Our friends were on the island at the same time and it was very nice that when they sometimes came to visit us, their car also had a parking space in front of the garage, and the villa had a lot of space for us to have a pleasant time. In the evenings, a red cat often visited us, who was very friendly and wanted to be petted a lot. This comforted us because our kitty was sadly waiting for us at home. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back.

distance from centre too far away without a car, bed uncomfortable, Sky channels in Austrian, only Sky News available in English thankful I had Netflix esp being stuck in for two days due to storm, no instructions on how to use anything, no information on where’s near ie supermarket, restaurants etc, showers very slow, only 1 towel per adult for a week not enough for the price
