Villa Yuca 13

Fantastic location, property facilities excellent, beautiful outlook, heated pool was amazing.

Everything was fantastic, nothing negative at all for this property

The outside space was amazing and very private. We loved all the artwork in the villa. Daniel and Ticky were just lovely, always smiling and happy and kept everything so clean and tidy. We loved the location not far from Playa Bastian.

Loved the location of the villa and the fact it had 4 bedrooms which we needed was great too - lots of things were very good in the villa

There was no air con which was badly needed but fans were provided - the pool was very deep - there was no “shallow end” at all - as I’m not a confident swimmer I like to be able to put my feet on the ground and wasn’t able to anywhere in the pool - I am 5ft 4” so not that small but not able to stand in the pool

The pool area is very slippy when wet and dangerous for young toddlers or children.

Lack of air con as it was so hot though fans were provided in each bedroom

Well equipped with everything you could possibly need, pool was fantastic and a great temperature. The house was spacious and clean. The 2 German gentlemen that we had contact with where fantastic, communication was great and they kept the pool and grounds clean throughout our stay

Everything was perfect. If I could change anything and it’s just being picky the pool is rather deep. I’m 5ft 6 and could barely stand up in the shallower end

Oven. Rather small for property size. Not a full size oven. Could only cook small amounts at a time. No microwave. Satellite TV but only 2 English News channels! For us this issue was solved by Roberto who was excellent.

We had a fabulous holiday for 2 weeks in villa yuca as a family of 6. We made use of the separate annexe which was great for us travelling as 2 families. The villa had everything you could possibly need and the main kitchen is extremely well equipped-more than my own home! The villa is very large and spacious and the outdoor space is excellent. The pool is heated which is quite nice in Costa teguise but as it was so warm whilst we we there we had to ask for it to be turned down cooler! The villa is near the playa bastian area which has some nice bars/restaurants within a short walk. Montmarte at the end of the street is worth a visit. The main square is a further walk a good 20 min walk away. The beds in the villa were extremely comfy and the amount of sun loungers, chairs and outside space was fantastic. We would definitely stay at the villa again we had a fantastic holiday.

The only downside to the villa is no aircon. I hadn’t noticed this in the description before we arrived as I just took it as a given that properties that size would have it so my error. There were a few fans in the villa already but not enough for each bedroom so we had to buy an extra one so we could all be cool on a night. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us and we would stay again but I know to some people this may be quite important.
