Villa Daida by Villalia

Lovely villa. Nice decor. Very clean. Great views

Kitchen does need to be better equipped - a few more utensils like an ice tray, bbq tongs. Some greenery outside would be nice. Bathrooms dated.

Cozy villa, edge of Playa Blanca. Warm pool, great living room, netflix. Pool is cleaned few times a week, thats very good.

Everything is a bit old and needs repair. Dirty sunbath mattresses and sofas. Day we arrived- there was a flood in the bathroom because of old valve.

The villa size was perfect for a couple, plenty of space and everything we needed was there. The pool was lovely and cleaned regularly not overlooked by any other villas or a road. The patio spaces were well equipped, spacious and private, again not overlooked at all by anyone and the views were stunning over Playa Blanca, the sea and the mountains. The air conditioning in the living spaces and main bedroom worked well to keep the temperature comfortable. The property company and staff were extremely helpful and friendly and responded very quickly to any queries we had. We were there in September, so maybe we were lucky there were not families around us, but the location was very quiet, almost silent most of the time. This suited us perfectly for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The was nothing we didn’t like about the villa and facilities, our only comment is the bathrooms need updating, everything worked but they could do with being modernised. The patio sofas and chairs by the pool were showing signs of wear. We did report this to the property company and they were receptive and said the points would be actioned.

Some issues with ants and water not working in the whole area. Building are not very high quality and some details are poor.

The villa was a perfect size for the four of us . It felt homely and was well equipped. It is a lovely place to relax as a family . Located 2 minute walk away from a mini Market. The outdoor space was amazing and we enjoyed drinking coffee watching the sun come up over the mountains over breakfast and then the lovely pool area and comfy sofas outside. Perfect
