Die Lage war prima, die Villenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und herrlich ruhig, auf dem Weg zum Strand viele Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte, seveneleven usw. Der Rhombobarkomplex um die Ecke hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Die Villa war bisher die beste die wir in Thailand hatten, top ausgestattet vom Bügeleisen bis zur Waschmaschine alles da. Für Familien oder kleine Gruppen ideal. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümer und seinem Staff war einfach und unkompliziert man ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen, wir konnten z.B. auch später auschecken, richtig toll, vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Pattaya kommen werden wir wieder dort buchen.

Zweizimmer Villa mit Pool. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und alles funktioniert. Riesieger TV, Waschmadchine, Kühlschranj, Microwelle, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Toster. 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche und Bad. Genügen Schränke.

Wifi mit schwacher Leistung an bestimmten Tageszeiten. (Wahrscheinlich Providerproblem) Beläuchtung im Wohnzimmer, könne ein bisschen romanischer sein.

I have stayed here before and will come again. Communication with the owners is good and there is everything we need here.

Loved to stay there. Preferring View Talay Villas over any other location in Jomtien. Liked it a lot

Great location. Quiet environment. Nice small swimming pool. Kitchen fully equipped, only missing a coffee machine. Normal sized fridge can store all the things you normally need. Bathroom has a nice hot water shower. Livingroom has a nice sofa and big LCD TV. The two bedrooms have a LCD TV too. Airconditioning working properly without too much noise. Garden has nice chairs to sit/relax in the shadow. Pool regularly maintained to ensure good water quality.

The mattresses were not easy for me to get used to. The wifi stopped working randomly a few times and sometimes takes a long time before it worked again. The windows in the bathrooms cannot close 100% and the mosquito fence outside these windows have some holes in it. So if you do not bring some anti mosquito equipment you will have many new bites every morning. Sometimes neighbours dogs loud barking at 6am or 7am in the morning.

Quiet, comfortable, reasonably well appointed kitchen facilities, comfortable bed.

Poor quality shower heads, very deep pool and no safety warnings of depth, and slipped on the steps getting into pool. No one to meet us on arrival and no customer service information in the property. Internet kept dropping. Bedroom televisions inaccessible . Excellent community pool but not allowed to sit in the shade under umbrella without purchasing food, when no one else was there. Very unwelcoming.

The Location was perfect, the Villa was as expected, bed was comfortable, everything that was need was there plus extras like tooth brush's beach towels had soap and water in the fridge
