Nono Ban Boutique Hotel & Villas

The property is in a beautiful location. We had a bit of a false start and went for a 7:20 am bus that didn’t arrive but on our return at 9:35am it arrived and took us down to Boll on a return ticket for both of us for €7. We didn’t have a car which wasn’t a problem. The hotel pool and sunbeds and pool area was lovely. An extremely rustic property that has huge potential to be fabulous

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property I just think with the setting the potential to be exceptional is there. Having a kettle and cups in the room, but no coffee or milk is a negative. There were a few staff I felt were not able to communicate as effectively as I would expect in a four-star hotel. The menu is limited, but I must say what we ate was beautiful but guests need to be told when they are arrive that there are things on the menu that you need to order the day before your evening meal. Turk, plenty of bug spray and plug in mosquito repellent Nothing the Hotel can do about this. It is all due to the rural location.

Le restaurant sur place propose une très bonne cuisine, nous avons très bien mangé (petit-déjeuner et repas du soir). Les chambres sont grandes, spacieuses et confortables. Le parking est vaste, pratique et facilement accessible, ce qui est un vrai plus.

La propreté des extérieurs laisse à désirer : certaines parties autour de l’établissement n’étaient pas bien entretenues. Il n’y a pas suffisamment d’éclairage le soir, ce qui rend les déplacements vers les chambres un peu compliqués, surtout dans certaines zones mal éclairées. La piscine n’était pas très propre non plus, ce qui est dommage. Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant : c’est cher pour ce que c’est. De plus, les photos présentées sur le site sont assez trompeuses. Elles mettent beaucoup en valeur l’endroit, mais ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité sur place....

En oas på landsbygden, som att komma till ett exklusivt stenslott. Mysig pool med härliga vattenfall. Personalen är hjälpsam, trevlig och genuint familjär.

Prekrasan ambijent, bas za odmor. Sve je predivno, sobe uredne i ciste, osoblje diskretno i na usluzi. Same pohvale!

Een heerlijk rustige, luxe, mooie omgeving met een mooie kamer en badkamer. Heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. Bij het verblijf zit je ontbijt in, dit wisten wij niet en waren hierdoor aangenaam verrast. Ga zeker een keer eten in het restaurant, erg lekker.

Als we een min puntje moeten noemen dan is het alleen dat het kussen heel slecht was. Je kunt net zo goed geen kussen hebben.

The room stayed nicely cool and the fitness and sauna area was available free of charge.

We were really looking forward to this stay, especially given the high ratings and price point, but unfortunately the experience left us underwhelmed. We had expected a remote, charming and relaxing resort where we could enjoy the pools and unwind with good food and atmosphere. Instead, the place felt bare and without character. Rooms are newly built but already feel neglected. Ours had no towels upon arrival, no coffee with the kettle, uncomfortable pillows, and several maintenance issues. A loose tap, a broken towel hanger, and a doorknob that literally fell off. There was no warm water for over a day, and when we finally raised it, the response was dismissive at first. Strangely enough, it was fixed right after they checked it. The lack of local presence was also noticeable. It felt disconnected from the Croatian warmth and charm we experienced elsewhere. The restaurant, though, was by far the biggest letdown. We tried four dishes the first night and that was enough. It seemed like corners were cut wherever possible. At one point I joked I should have just ordered potatoes, and even those turned out to be reheated leftovers from earlier in the day. It was easily the most disappointing meal of our trip and one of the weakest we have had in a long time.
