2BHK AC Kavyam Villa

We absolutely loved our stay. Aunty’s homemade food was exceptional and truly one of the highlights of our trip. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.. the AC worked perfectly, the washrooms were clean, the kitchen was fully functional, and there was ample parking space. We also appreciated thoughtful additions like the Bluetooth speaker. The villa is peaceful and secluded, making it perfect for a fun getaway with friends/family.

The only minor downside was that the mattresses in both bedrooms felt a bit hard and uncomfortable. We shared this feedback with the owner, and he assured us it would be taken care of soon. Once that’s fixed, this place would truly be the perfect getaway. Since the villa is located around 25 mins away from the main Mahabaleshwar market, it’s best to buy everything you might need beforehand and then simply relax and enjoy the peaceful stay at the villa which worked out perfectly for us.

Host / Staff....very polite and respectful. Location....just as we wanted...close to nature and away from the chaotic city / market. View....can't expect more.....just awesome.

Condition of the villa. Some locks of the doors could not be locked. Mainly the kitchen door of the villa could not be locked and that made us concerned and unhappy as the staff could access our villa without knocking. Not that we had safety issues as the host was very respectful and polite but I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT SOMEONE COULD ACCESS OUR VILLA WITHOUT KNOCKING OR OUR PERMISSION.

Villa is big and spacious. Neat and clean.
