villa Avaton near Skopelos town

Our host Pandelis was very welcoming. We spent 3 weeks at the Villa and really enjoyed our stay. We were advised about shopping and made quite a few meals at the Villa. The facilities were good and it made a nice change up from eating out which we also enjoyed. The views from the villa are exceptional and we spent many pleasant hours watching the activities at the port.

Nothing not to like!

The villa was large, perfect for 4-6 people, beautiful setting up in the hills overlooking Skopelos Town in a very private setting. The villa has got 3 air conditioned bedrooms each with their own balcony and bathrooms. The villa was extremely clean and the bedding crisp white. We received a wonderful ‘welcome pack’ consisting of bread, milk, honey, cheese, ham, wine, water and of course a little Ouzo! The kitchen had everything we needed, staple ingredients (oil/salt/pepper) were in the cupboard. Our towels and bedding were changed after 3 days, The owner was excellent on keeping contact with us and gave us all the information we needed. The pool was a perfect size for playing in and cooling off.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Wow! What a stunning villa with the most amazing view. A little oasis of luxury nestled in the mountain. Pandelis looked after us with the greatest care. Providing a shop, linking us with taxis … nothing was too much trouble. We have enjoyed every second of our stay. We will be back soon! ☀️💕🇬🇷

The villa is very nice, we enjoyed the pool area with amazing view over Skopelos, the water was clean and there is a nice olive tree which provides some shadow. The rooms are comfortable and every room has a terrace with seating area. There was also fully equipped kitchen, so it was easy to prepare breakfast or cook something. Owner was very friendly and check in/check out was easy. There is enough parking space for 2-3 cars. We can recommend this place.

The villa is in the hill so the entrance road was quite steep gravel road, but we have got used to it, so it was not a problem. One room has a gap between the wall and the roof, so the sound protection is not so good, this could be improved.
