Villa Loom Mykonos Town

The host was very helpful answering questions before the trip and met me when I arrived at check in. Not only did he show the place, but he gave great advice on places to go including a hard to get reservation at a fun dinner place called Interni. If you want to be in the city, the location is great. Despite the noise in the city, the upstairs bedroom was silent. The downstairs bedroom was also quiet, but the friend sleeping on the sofa bed in livingroom heard some noises. The roof deck was an unexpected bonus as we chilled and watched sunset most nights!

It is centrally located with everything brand new. The hosts were amazing - helped with recommendations, scheduling - anything we needed. We absolutely loved it and will be back! The rooftop deck was the highlight. Watching the sunset from there was perfect.

This home is in the heart of Mykonos and access to everything is just a stroll away! The house itself is beautifully decorated with comfortable sofa (extremely oversized and great for sleeping!) and beds. the roof top patio also a nice bonus. You will live as a local in this home.

Hard to write anything truly negative but a few things to note: bedroom access is up true ladder type stairs (think like those in a boat) not good for young kids or anyone with mobility concerns, sleeping with windows open feels wonderful but nightlife of the city and roosters easily heard (with windows closed not a peep tho!), and no vehicle access to property beyond Fabrika Square (know you will take luggage on curvy, slightly hilly cobblestone path). These are not critiques just unique characteristics from where the property is that should be noted before selecting. We loved it and embraced them all! Highly recommend the home!!

Absolutely stunning villa in a fantastic location. Spotlessly clean, modern with great facilities such as a kitchenette and rooftop area with beautiful views. In the heart of shops, bars and restaurants.

If you're staying in Mykonos town, this is a great place to stay. We were right in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The location was ideal, in the middle of everything, but still quiet enough when you wanted to get away. The place was very well designed and easily accommodated our party of 5. The rooftop patio was great - and we could overlook everything that was going on below us from there. It was a great place to drink wine and have snacks. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted in Mykonos town within minutes. Anastasis was a great host. He met us at the front door and showed us the place. He also helped us arrange travel from and to the ferry port and to a beach during our stay, checked in with us while we were there via text - and was quick to answer any questions for us quickly via text. The driver, Alex, was awesome and was so helpful in giving us tips and hints about our stay. Upon request, he even printed our ferry tickets on his printer and brought them to us when he picked us up to leave - saving us time at the port. Just an awesome, awesome guy! If you have trouble with stairs, this isn't your place, because there are steep stairs to get into the front of the place - and additional stairs to get to the additional bedroom and to the rooftop. But this wasn't a problem for anyone in our party - and it actually made spreading out easier. We absolutely loved staying here and would no doubt go back to the same place if we were staying in Mykonos again.

The host Anastasis communicated very well from the day I booked. All communication was done via WhatsApp which made it very easy. Any questions or concerns we had before we arrived he was very quick at replying. Day of arrival our ferry was late, he tracked the ferry and met us at the apartment and gave us a full detailed tour of the home and also made many recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He also was open for us to msg him during our stay if we had any questions or needed help making reservations etc at restaurants or tours. He greeted us with a very warm welcome. I had a list of restaurants and be gladly went through the list and made further suggestions. He did not seem rushed with us asking him so much. The apartment is located in the best part of town. 5 min walk to bus stop and 5 mins to the port. Cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping and movie theater are literally outside the apartment. Best location!! Apartment is very well decorated, a lot of work, effort and care is put into this home. Very unique decor. High beam ceilings give the apartment a very open feeling. Huge dining table, fully equipped kitchen. 2 full washrooms and huge rooftop balcony with amazing sunset and views of the town. As a very nice touch Anastasis left us a case of water! Thoughtful. The stairs leading to top floor are very steep, where 2nd washroom and 2nd bedroom are. Not for anyone who has mobility issues. However there is also a bedroom and washroom on main floor. We are so happy we found this place. Very clean. Even though we were only here for 3 nights a cleaning lady did come on 2nd day. We’ve never stayed at any air bnb where cleaners come on short stays. Anastasis also helped book our transfer to airport. The friendly driver picked us up on time with no issues. We highly recommend this place to stay when visiting Mykonos, believe us you won’t regret it! We will definitely be back. Thank you Anastais for treating us so well :)
