Queríamos experimentar algo diferente na passagem de ano e foi uma experiência boa. Recebidos com champanhe e passas para celebrar e no fim da noite fogo de artifício. No dia seguinte usamos o jacuzzi que era muito bom.

Havia pouca pressão na água do duche

When you are given a property which is infested with cockroaches and centipedes which emit a putrid and mouldy scent, all else, if there was anything to like, is immediately rendered unapplicable to this question.

On arrival, we immediately informed the owner of the number of cockroaches found in the property; he offered us a different one, with (his words) less cockroaches; the strong smell of mould was enough to detract us from staying here. As it was late at night, and difficult to find another property, we decided to stay the night, but not without noticing other cockroaches crawling on the ceiling and hiding in between the wooden panels, and ending up with a sleepless night, luggage closed, and face masks covering our mouths in case we fell asleep and our concern that one of these would decide to crawl in; we wasted the good part of the next day looking for another property and left after just one night, spoiling our short 2 night stay in Pico as our plans were disrupted; before leaving, we made a list of things the owner SHOULD do to make his property better including sealing of any open areas which was allowing these creatures to literally take over his place and frequent fumigation of the property; we were booked for 2 nights and asked for a full refund which the property did not agree to, despite the fact that these were aware of the concerns and issues; these should NEVER have accepted to have anyone in this property, and while others within the same complex may have been spared this nightmare, the one we were accommodated in was unlivable. I certainly hope the owners acted on our recommendations, but judging by the fact that these did not consider a full refund, even if they knew what they offered us and that they recognized this problem, they expected us to adjust to the circumstances, I doubt very much that they really followed up on what is proper and right. I would have spared them this review, but the non-compliance of the owners to act in a proper away (to not allow us or anyone to stay in such circumstances, and then to make good for their shortcomings and nonchalance attitude, leaves me no choice to act accordingly.

A casa é muito aconchegante, bem equipada.

A cama não era confortável, abanava imenso. Falta de roupa quente na cama.
