Once we reached the correct property, gaining access was very easy. 2 sets of keys provided.

There are more than one properties with the same brand name in the suburb. We used Google Maps GPS to locate the property. It directed us to another property close by with the same name. We were trying to gain access but in vain. Luckily we realised our mistake before anyone called the cops and went to the correct property. Gaining access was very easy then. A warning in the description would have helped to avoid this confusion at 3 in the morning.
