"Relaxing"

This place offers a convenient and safe location and a spacious swimming pool. There is a convenient supermarket nearby where you can buy fresh breads. There is also a cozy small beach in walking distance.

One of the rooms underground has no windows, and the ventilation is not very good. The step at the bathroom entrance in the basement is a little hard to notice.

"Comfortable, spacious villa in a beautiful setting"

The setting of the villas around the pool, the close beach, yacht club for food and drinks, well stocked local shop, spacious villa, master bedroom has beautiful views of the sea.

2 of the bedrooms are in the basement without proper windows.

Lovely house perfect for our stay. Lots of space, a lot bigger than we were expecting! Nice and clean. Everything we needed. Beds are really comfy, lovely ensuite in the master bedroom. Would stay again and recommend to others. Maria was super helpful.

Only snag was the tap in the kitchen was a bit of a pain, pressure is really high and splashes everywhere. No plug so unable to fill sink to wash up. But this is minor. Anyone thinking of staying you will need a car as nothing is walking distance which wasn't an issue for us as we did have a car, but something worth noting.

"Spacious and good value"

Super location, quiet with privacy. Such a relief not to have been in Maspalomas or Puerto Rico. Private beach, plenty of room in the apartment, civilised fellow guests. Only 4 of the 16 units were occupied, so it was nice and quiet. Kids enjoyed Netflix.

A few things not working: microwave, bedside light

The house is very nice. Perfect with the terass and the pool next door..... But an but ... See next text

The basement rooms needs to be cleaned from mould . especially the room towards the parking lot. It is not healthy to sleep there even if you can stand the smell and have no allergic problems. We had to close and seal this room as best as we good. This resulted in us needing to use the sofa in the dining room. That was ok but... We are sorry to hear that owners are not listening to our advise how to clean the basement mainly from mould .
