Advise that the hot tub is communal as that was the main reason for booking the room.

On first sight it looks a modern nice villa, but it’s outdated and we had not a good experience because our son went very sick because of the swimingpool water with poor quality.

Furniture outdated or damaged, cracked paintwork. Dead lizzard in livingroom and spletted roach on wall. The most concerning is the bad water quality of the swimming pool. Our son played in the water, and ingested some poolwater. He became very sick and was vomiting for 12 hours long. Because we are medical professionals ourself we gave first medical care. We informed the on-site manager, Mr. Deny, and asked about a watertesting report. He answers that a water sample was taken on 8 January 2026, and that following this sampling a local pool company advised that three cups of chloride be added to the pool because of the bad water quality. However, when we subsequently asked whether the pool water was retested after the addition of chemicals, we did not receive a answer. As our young son became acutely ill with significant vomiting after ingesting pool water, this matter is of great concern to us. Given that your property operates as a commercial accommodation, we understand that the swimming pool must be managed and monitored in accordance with applicable public health and environmental health regulations. We therefore requested multiple times to provide us with the following documentation: 1. The full water quality test report from the sample taken on 8 January 2026. 2. Any follow-up test results conducted after chemicals were added to the pool. 3. The pool maintenance and testing logbook, including chlorine and pH readings, for the relevant period. 4. Confirmation of the pool volume and the basis on which the instruction “three cups of chloride” was determined. 5. A copy of the most recent Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP) inspection report or certificate confirming compliance of the swimming pool. 6. The name and registration details of the pool service company involved. At present, we have not been provided with evidence that this occurred.

Place is quite absolutely clean but how can the doors of the rooms can not have locks No privacy at all
