A Wave From it All

The small cabin sits directly on the Bay/water at the end of the town in Port Saunders. There is a terrific short walking trail close by at the end of the road (perfect for an evening sunset walk/something to do) At the other end of town there is a shipyard which was very interesting to look at fishing boats. The cabin is in pristine condition, all newly done with clean finishes (could be out of a magazine). The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and as there are no restaurants in quiet Port Saunders and the cabin is so lovely I’d plan to eat in. Cabin likely best suited to adults/ 2 people (3 if they allow).

Yes the cabin is beautiful and directly on the water which was cool for us but too windy to sit outside (normal I don’t know) and the town is dead quiet no places to eat so not sure Port Saunders is a location that is worth the cost of the cabin that is suited for 2 people.

A Wave from it All is a beautiful property. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is so clean and tastefully furnished. The view is beautiful - right on the water.

A beautiful location on Hawkes Bay. Wonderful location for those looking to get away from it all. Just about 7 km from Port au Choix National Historical Site.

Our only problem was that Google Maps says A Wave From it All was a red building that’s actually 3 - 4 buildings down the street. It’s a grey building not the one of the red buildings Google Maps shows.

Very well located, right in front of the sea. Host very reactive and friendly

Nothing, everything went well for us

Beautiful and clean. Located on the water. A great rest stop between Gros Morne and Saint Anthony. Wish we stayed two nights.

The view was absolutely fabulous.

Second bed was a sofa bed which was not clearly stated in the description.
