The guests were helpful to access the room. Polite landlord

Apparently the owner sent some messages with instructions to access the room. I did not receive them, maybe due to being abroad. Since we cannot access the room, I tried several times to call the contact phone number, as well as leaving Whatsapp audios. However, that phone number is the landlady's number, who was in vacation back in China and could not be reached. It finally was one of the guest who let us in after 3 hours after our arrival. When the landlord arrived, he was not aware of our arrival and he was not even sure what room was ours. The friendly guest had to told him. Anyway, issues can always happen and I'm fine with that, but I think that at least a contact point/number needs to be always available, which was not the case.

Very clean and quiet room. The kitchen is very organised with own storeboxes in fridge and shelfs.

The villa was extremely clean and cosy.

The host was really helpful and friendly

Proximity to where we needed to be. The King Room was spacious and clean. The ensuite bathroom was a nice size and clean as well.Good for the night's stay.

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and there was plastic under everything- the duvet, the pillowcase n mattress. Understand the need for sanitisation but it made us feel hot and made lots of noise. Apart from that, the stay was okay as we only needed a room for a night.
