Very comfortable with nice furnishings & lovely crisp linen. Lovely gardens & nice & private & quiet. Short drive to Havelock Village. Great choice of herbal teas.

Being an older home, requires quite a lot of time to heat especially on a frosty night. Good heat pump in the hall with a burner in the lounge but no wood. Oil heaters in the bedrooms would help on cold nights or electric blankets for the beds.
