Golf Las Salinas Villa Buena Fuerte private heated pool with additional cost

Doesn’t look like Booking.com finish the rest of my complaint so the rest of the complaint was after the pool guy had finished fixing the pool. I was send a text message to say that I would be losing my deposit over a black tube that had broken over the pool cover which was already broken when we arrived and was glued with like a brown cement silicone then they went on to say that my child had pooed in the pool which this was a joke as my children do not poo in pool and we could only think it was the brown cement that come off the pipe, the owners were having none of this continues to blame me for the broken cover and the cloud in the pool when in fact I’ve got text messages to prove that they were extremely sorry for the filter being broken as it was out of their control and that it needed to be replaced They also went on to say they would take my full €350 deposit in order to repair the damages to the pipe and then went out and fix the pipe myself with glue that would’ve kept it together rather than the glue that they were using and was told that I was out of order for doing this Brown clay obviously was the part that they thought was poo which was in fact from the broken pipe. This is advertised as a private pool when in fact you have CCTV watching your 24 hours a day so that meant my children were exposed to whoever watches this.

Stylish, modern, all the amenities were thought of, pool was an amazing size and was heated to a comfortable temperature through the day or night. Owners communication was fantastic with a quick reply, they were lovely people and the lady owner was wonderful to my daughter and partner excitedly showing them around as I was sorting details. The WIFI was fantastic and the TV has options for smart TV to link your Netflix, Disney plus etc accounts. Spanish TV otherwise but well what do you expect? Three double beds in each of the rooms were comfortable with extra bedding if we were cold at night, we liked the duvet type covers / throws so much so that we are looking to buy them for our home. Checking in and out was no hassle many thanks.

It’s a long walk to the local town centre. Use of a car made life easier.

Beautiful well maintained villa. Great pool, not too small for a villa. Great location and views. Cristina and Davide who look after the villa are great hosts.

Very comfortable villa. Excellent conditions. The family of my friends, who stayed here for 2 weeks, were very pleased with the location of the villa, comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and clean swimming pool. They said that it was very comfortable for them to rest - cozy, like at home. Very nice owners of the villa. They recommend this villa even to the most capricious tourists.

Heated Pool

Why advertise on an English site a tv when there are no tv channels? Booked for 10 days just the 2 of us as we like our privacy. However on day 6 of our holiday decorators arrived to paint the outside of the villa next door and as they were up and down their ladders our privacy went out the window. It got worse. After 2 days of painting the builders arrived to erect a garden wall. Half our holiday was ruined. The cement mixer started up at 8.30 in the mornings. It is not quiet renting next door to a building site, with their masonry cutting tools music and general noise not to mention the dust. We contacted the host who accepted liability for the disruption of next door but would not give us even 100 euros compensation. Instead offered us a new booking at a favourable discounted rate which was more than we had paid!!! Hardly going to throw good money after bad to a host that wasn’t bothered about us.
