Beautiful property. Good location. Lovely and clean. Communication was very good.

It is near to a shopping mall, 5 to 8 minutes walk and airport only 20 minutes away. Close to the beach too and the site is very secure and clean

Being so close to the main road which can be sometimes noisy when traffic is busy

Not air con in all bedrooms

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, everything looked brand new inside and outside. We were provided with a cot and high chair which were perfect also. Air con was ideal. Loads of deck chairs. So peaceful.

Small issue with entering the main gate as we were given the wrong access code in the message. I called the help number and we spoke to someone in English and it was sorted immediately.

The property was good size for our group, had everything we needed for our holiday, very quiet location, pool was lovely, we all had a very relaxing time.

We had a super holiday here! The villa is fantastic and very well furnished! We arrived and were very impressed with everything! Lots of cooking utensils and a nice surprise to have pool towels too (even though told not provided) The pool was a lovely temperature all week and we enjoyed lots of time outside and enjoyed the covered eating area for our meals. Great position near the Atlantico shopping centre and the beautiful smaller bays. Very easy walk to everything and a longer walk to the marina area but all very scenic along the beach! We have stayed in a villa in Caleta before and this one was much more impressive! We will recommend it to friends.

We thought the key pick up and drop off could be easier! The previous people hadn’t returned the keys to the airport when we landed so we had to contact the WhatsApp number. This was promptly sorted but think it would be much easier to use a safe key box outside the villa (as per other villas we have stayed in). This would cause the staff less work trying to co-ordinate this. A small and perhaps a bit petty but the pillows only had one cover on (no protective cover) and the pillows were a bit discoloured! Could do with replacing really! Out of a whole week I think this is very minor.

Everything was excellent the response from WhatsApp was tremendous staff went way above expectations. House immaculate location peaceful and 5 mins walk to huge shopping centre and restaurants and play park. This is our second time here and won't be our last.

Everything ...it was immaculate and private great showers and Warm swimming pool..also a communal pool.. which we didn't need but also had swing park which my daughter loved

The complex was well maintained and nicely presented. The location was good, 5-10 walk to the beach, small playground and a supermarket. Within easy drive of bigger supermarkets like Lidl which was great. Near a main road but we weren't bothered by noise. Near to airport, only 10min drive and our children loved seeing the planes overhead. The plane noise didn't disturb sleep as per other reviews as windows and doors closed at night. Bedrooms good size and comfortable beds. Good to have aircon in main bedroom but other bedrooms had nothing and wouldn't leave windows open overnight in children's room. Pool was great, deep enough for us and lovely temperature, put pool cover on each night which was easy to do. Good shower next to the pool if coming from the beach to get rid of the sand before going in. Nice outside table area with umbrella for shade. Good seating inside too and breakfast bar seating. The gym equipment was great to have and well maintained. Great big TV with all the apps - Netflix, Disney etc (you need an account) which was really welcome to give the kids some down time. The villa was pretty well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and sharp knives. Could have done with a second chopping board but small gripe. Had to buy a peeler but left it with the villa for others. Good size fridge and freezer, coffee machine - buy cheap pods at supermarket. Oven and hob worked fine. We made meals every day for 2 weeks and found it no real struggle as can be the case with other self-catering places. However, it would be good to have a small stash of oil, foil, salt and pepper at the property as had to buy for 2 week break so ended up leaving half of of it there. On the whole, we did really enjoy it here and it's a great size for a family. If we were in the area again, we'd stay, just may book directly if we could.

No aircon in the two twin bedrooms, which is hard when you have small children who can't sleep due to heat. Would have been good to have a fan to put in the room. There was no welcome binder as is normal in self-catering apartments showing you were the bins are (info given after contacting Lightbooking was incorrect and managed to ask a cleaner who came to the house to collect old towels left by previous holidaymakers), contact numbers if an issue, if and when the pool or appartment gets cleaned and on what basis. The pool did self-clean but as we weren't aware, the noise it made slightly panicked us when it happened. No cleaning happened for the duration of 2 weeks. I think after a week it would have been good as no cleaning products supplied to do it ourselves. No vacuum cleaner which was frustrating when you have children. We did experience a fuse going after a couple of days, so no electricity in the property. Contacted Lightbooking and after back and forth told us it was due to power cut on the island. We asked nextdoor villa and they had power, so not true. We tried to reset the fuse twice, after third attempt it worked. Had we not perservered, Lightbooking would have left us without power - not great. Dropping off keys at the airport was very stressful. The code for the keybox would not work (taken from email sent about collection of keys 3 weeks before) and no answer to any texts or calls. When finally got through they had no idea what I was talking about as central number and was telling me to leave keys in property despite the fact I was already at the airport where I was told to drop off the keys. The code should have been included again in the departure email and number if any issues. We weren't out of hours - 8:45am drop off, so calls should have been answered quickly. Ultimately, if the electronic drop box isn't working you are stuffed as no where else to leave the keys.
