Struttura pulita e ben attrezzata

Struttura molto bella, comoda e funzionale. Spazi notevoli, dotata di tutto ciò che può servire ed anche oltre. L'host Carla, anche a distanza, è presente e premurosa, attenta a supportare gli ospiti per qualsiasi necessità, inoltre sul posto è presente la signora Tita che è un prezioso riferimento ulteriore, disponibile anche a far gustare prelibatezze gastronomiche locali da lei preparate, se richieste. Le foto sul sito sono perfettamente aderenti alla realtà. La posizione è comoda perché appena fuori dal caos estivo del centro della cittadina, che resta però sempre raggiungibile a piedi, così come le spiagge (fermo restando che a Roccella l'automobile resta indispensabile, soprattutto poi per spostarsi lungo la splendida Costa dei Gelsomini).

Eravamo un gruppo di amici e non abbiamo riscontrato nessuna criticità della struttura.

Qualche accortezza in più sulla pulizia, ambienti non abbastanza freschi gli impianti erano insufficienti,un po eccessivo il prezzo pagato per 4 giorni

La casa è bellissima, affascinante, dotata di ogni cosa. Ci siamo innamorati del contesto e della cura dei dettagli. La luce del giardino e il sapore antico e nobile la rendono unica. Dalla cucina alle stanze ogni cosa, ogni soluzione è pensata con amore e il tutto garantisce una vacanza assolutamente perfetta. La signora Carla è una padrona di casa gentile, riservata e molto presente. L,a prima accoglienza grazie alla gentilezza della discretissima Signora Tita è stata poi a dir poco sontuosa. Ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie Carla!

A very spacious home with all the comforts you would ever need. It has a warm, authentic and "lived in" feel about it. The collection of geographical and historical books was particularly welcome.

A little far from the piazza and beach, but not an issue if you have a car.

Everything! So spacious and beautiful and homely. 7 of my family stayed here and it was fabulous. So much history in this beautiful home. Wonderful host who went out of her way to assist us in anyway. Definitely be back.

Villa Marino is a beautiful apartment. I really appreciated the super communication with the host Carla who was very welcoming and full of helpful information about the area. We had a late arrival and Carla took the time to check out local restaurants availability. The apartment itself is spacious, very well kitted out and has a really relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. my favourite spaces were the kitchen (for cooking and catching up on the day over a glass of wine) and the outside patio. Both bedrooms had their own shower room / bathroom which was great for our wee group. We are already looking forward to staying again
