Villa Rodia

The hospitality of the hosts (Anna, together with Annie and Magda) was exceptional, from information provided prior to the holiday, on arrival and throughout the holiday - nothing was too much trouble. The villa had everything - comfortable rooms, great views and fabulous swimming pool. The villa is set in a peaceful quiet location, but was close enough to the main areas (Corfu old town is only 15-20 km away). Overall the villa was perfect for the requirements of our family.

There was nothing specific that we did not like.

Villa Rodia is the perfect place to spend time with friends or family. The area is calme but near to everything (by car). Anna welcomed us very well and was available for any questions we had. Thanks again :)

Our recent stay at Villa Rodia in Corfu was nothing short of magical. From the moment we set foot on this breathtaking property, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and beauty that we'll cherish forever. The villa itself is a masterpiece of design, blending traditional Greek architecture with modern luxury seamlessly. Every room felt like a haven of comfort, and the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was remarkable. Waking up to the view of the Ionian Sea from our bedroom window was a daily treat that left us in awe. The outdoor spaces were equally impressive. The private pool, surrounded by lush gardens and a stunning panorama of the sea, quickly became our favorite spot to relax. Whether we were sipping our morning coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset with a glass of local wine, the views were always breathtaking. The Villa Rodia team deserves special mention for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From arranging transportation to recommending the best local restaurants and activities, their warmth and professionalism were truly appreciated. Corfu itself is a gem, and Villa Rodia's prime location made it easy for us to explore the island's natural beauty, historic sites, and vibrant culture. Whether we wanted to soak up the sun on pristine beaches or wander through charming villages, everything was within reach.

Beautiful villa with fantastic swimming pool with lovely view for the mountain. Villa located in quiet spot but close enough to the airport, Corfu town, restaurants or lovely beaches. Big enough bedrooms with comfy beds. Plenty of space in living room. Villa well equipped with everything you need and very clean. Very warm welcome by host friends who showed us everything around the villa. Welcome basket from the host - Anna on arrival and goodbye gifts were a delightful addition to all great experience. Excellent communication with Anna, also she has provided a lot of useful information before arrival . Coffee shop and petrol station less than 1 minute drive from the villa.

The villa was beautiful and very well maintained, the view was absolutely stunning! The swimming pool was definitely the best feature, it was fantastic. The villa and pool were cleaned regularly and were done to a high standard. Anna the host were only a message away and responded immediately. We were left a very substantial welcome pack on arrival which saved a dash to the shops and was very much appreciated. It was a very relaxing two weeks staying here :-) There is lovely village called Doukades nearby (5km) which is well worth a visit and has some lovely local restaurants/tavernas.

The villa is a little way out and even though you can walk to the nearest restaurant (20 mins) it is not an easy walk along a busy road. Car hire is essential as there is no public transport available but this is obviously not the fault of the hosts it was lacking in Corfu in general.

The central location of this villa is ideal for people wanting to discover different parts of beautiful Corfu Island. You are in 20-50 minutes from the main most beautiful beaches and attractions. There are supermarkets in 6-7 minutes and 2 bakeries nearby. Villa Rodia is situated in a very quiet area , far from tourists zone, so you can really relax and enjoy a marvellous view. We received lots of useful information from the owner , communication was perfect, and all instructions were very clear. We'll surely try to rent this villa again if we decide to go back to Corfu.

The only point to be improved is beds. Would be great to invest in longer beds and of a higher quality.
