Villa Amplitude

Prachtige locatie, mooi huis met een ruime en moderne indeling en een mooi zwembad. Lekkere bedden en prima sanitair. Uitzicht is fantastisch; je kijkt op de stad én ziet de bergen en vooral veel zee! Alles voor een heel fijne vakantie!

Er is geen plaats om je handdoeken op te hangen in de badkamer en in de slaapkamer kun je ook niets ophangen, alleen in de kast. We misten een parasol op het terras…de zon kan erg warm zijn en je wil wél graag buiten kunnen zitten. Eitje bakken ging nogal moeilijk.. de pan was oud en versleten.

The location and property itself is just stunning. Few minutes drive from a view point as well as supermarket and lovely center of a fishers village. The house is well equipped with everything you need. And the view is something you never get bored with!

Nothing particular, all was well. Few minor details could be renewed but it was not a problem or issue.

The villa was very nice, with a very good layout. Location was just perfect, beatifull view.

The villa is not well maintained regularly. Your stay is like Russian roulette, if you come across an unmaintained air conditioner, you will have a very unpleasant smell in the bedrooms. The temporarily poorly repaired opening to the sewer in one of the bathrooms also has a bad smell. A non-flushing toilet will not please you either. But everything was fixed during our stay. You may ask why it was not checked before our arrival. Because there is a lack of regular maintenance! But when a noise reaching 100 dB starts right behind your house during your breakfast, you call the property manager for help. He never answers the phone, this time he doesn't respond to WhattsUp communication either, even though he was online several times during the day. Terrible noise lasts all day. In the evening, we try to find a solution by gradually disconnecting some devices in the technical room from electricity. Finally we can sleep in peace. At midnight, the property manager contacts us that the neighbors from nearby houses are complaining. We were impressed with his lightning response after 15 hours of reporting the urgent problem.

Everything was amazing!

The villa and it's location was stunning. The pool man went out of his way to try and appease the disappointment after having being told that we could not use the pool for 3 out of 7 days.

Unable to use the pool for 3 out of 7 days and the customer service from the management company was rude, and did not offer any form of recompense when, one of the main reasons for choosing the property was to be able to go swimming each day. Why no pool cover is used to protect the pool which would have prevented the damage to the pump, still begs the question! Inside the property, you can smell the drains, the toilets do not flush properly due to poor design and had to fiddle with the flush mechanism to get it to work 3 or 4 times. If you are accommodating international visitors, most would welcome making a coffee with a family sized cafetiere or filter machine rather than expensive pod type coffee maker.

Loved the pool and the fabulous views. Beds were comfortable.

Amazing location. Veranda and pool fabulous. Watching the light of the August super moon dance on the sea was delightful.

There could have been better outdoor furniture. And more crockery. It felt tight for the four of us - had we been 6 there would not have been a bowl each for breakfast fruit!
