Localização (desde o sítio propriamente dito ao seu redor, bela paisagem, junto à ecovia). Conforto, embora arrefeça durante a noite sem aquecimento no inverno como seria expectável, tem todas as comodidades necessárias à experiência de um retiro com aconchego de lar. Simpatia e cortesias deixadas aos hóspedes. Anfitrião sempre disponível e impecável. Por fim, a possibilidade de levarmos os nossos animais de estimação.

O choveiro precisava de alguma inclinação para não acumular água.
