"Fantastic place to stay."

We stayed for 4 weeks in this beautiful house (villa with 2 bedrooms). When we arrived we found a completely filled refrigerator with a great self-made carrot cake. We had a great stay. The house is spacious, very clean and new. The fireplace is a great feature. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we ever had. It is the best house we ever rented. The best thing about this house is the spectacular view over Peneda-Geres Nationsl Park. Andre and his parents are wonderful and helping people. Every little question or problem is solved instantly. It is truly a heart based place. We leave with great memories .

The location - such peace and tranquility ! And great access to Rio river ! A great way to start the morning with a fantastic walking path right at the doorsteps of the accommodation ! Andre and team had certainly made the stay one to remember !

We loved absolutely everything. The scenery was beautiful, the location is peaceful, and the facilities we state of the art. The house was beautiful, and had high quality finishes, and every detail of decor and design was paid attention to. The house has everything you need, and is as welcoming and comforting as a home away from home. This is our second visit, and will definitely not be our last.

"A beautiful, peaceful summer getaway!"

The location is gorgeous and peaceful with spectacular views of the mountains and valley. We faced East, so we enjoyed morning sun and evening shade on the lovely terrace. The apartment was clean and spacious and overall it was very private. We loved the pool(s) and the easy access to hike to the river trail. We also loved the sweet cats that live on the property and frequently showed up to say hello!

This was a wonderful hideaway up in the mountains for a summer break to really switch off and relax.

It wasnt an issue for us but a reminder that it's quite far from shops and restaurants so prepare to drive 15mins + to eat out.
