Citrus garden

The oranges in the Villa was a positive surprise, the location was very good and everything was clean and beautiful. Everything what we needed was already there. It was also near by the beach.

Citrus Garden is a spacious, well designed, stylish, comfortable holiday house. We were two couples sharing and the space made that very easy. Both bedrooms are of a good size and comfortable. The communal areas, both inside and outside, were well appointed and spacious. The hosts were generous and attentive. They looked after us. Anything we wanted done was sorted out immediately. They gave us lots of freshly picked cucumbers and tomatoes from their garden. They kept checking whether we were ok without being intrusive. The citrus trees in the garden were laden with fruit and we were invited to help ourselves to have freshly squeezed orange juice every day. We loved staying at Citrus Garden and the hosts are lovely people. This place is highly recommended.

The house is situated near the local disco which is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are a light sleeper it might bother you, but we were fine sleeping through the night despite of it.

Lovely property with lots of character in the middle or orange trees. Very spacious and perfect location for our trip. Lots of supplies provided by the host and lovely to enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice every morning from the orange trees in the garden. The hosts were perfect. Very discreet and at the same time responsive to all our needs.

Everything was great! But picking oranges direct from the trees to press orange juice in the morning was incredible!

Extremely nice and very quiet location, design and comfort. Friendliness of hosts, who did everything to accommodate every need we had: upgraded internet, provided tech support for wifi connection, brought us fresh oranges and some bicycles to explore the area.

This is a very well-appointed property in one of the most beautiful corners of the Peloponnese. Hosts are incredibly helpful and always available with a smile for whatever you might need. Cleanliness is outstanding, and parking is readily available in the yard/garden (long cars might find the entry a bit difficult, but this is Greece, so no worries) everything is thoughtfully designed for an exceptional short to mid-term getaway. I warmly recommend Citrus Garden and will surely be back with great pleasure.

Everything was perfect.

It is an ideal place to stay to enjoy the pleasures of Greece in the winter. You can swim in the day and sit by a log fire in the evening. Surrounded by orange groves and total peace. The hosts were very helpful and kind.

I traveled on the Peloponesse for one month and the Citrus Garden was by far my favorite accommodation. I'd booked 3 nights at the last minute and the owners rushed to make everything perfect for my stay, including dropping by a load of fresh tomatoes, pomegranates and oranges. The house is charming, comfortable, well decorated and stocked for all needs. I cooked during my stay and the kitchen had everything required. This is a very special and authentic property and I can't recommend it more. It's central to all the sights in the region and a walk or short bike ride away (yes! there are bikes) from the beach where you can snorkel to see the sunken ancient ruins. I will absolutely return for another stay!

The only thing the photos don't convey is that the house backs up to a fairly busy road. I did not have any trouble with noise, however, and I am a very picky/light sleeper. You do need a car to get around, but this would be true at any accommodation in this area.
