A very friendly host! Fantastic room, fully equipped, wonderful breakfast. Top location!!!! RAY #1 !!!!

De ligging van het huisje was zeer rustig gelegen. Er was veel privacy ook al waren er nog andere gasten op het domein. Het uitzicht was prachtig vooral ‘s ochtends bij zonsopgang. In de accommodatie was alles aanwezig: goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie badkamer, comfortabel bed. Een pluspunt was het romantische terrasje met ligkussens om te zonnen en een cosy hoekje in de schaduw waar het leuk was om een relaxen of te lezen. Vanuit het huisje waren vele mooie plekjes aan de kusten van Smeralda te bereiken. Vraag maar tips aan Matteo. Hij stuurt je naar de meest adembenemende strandjes, dorpen en leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. De sfeer op deze plek is huiselijk en warm, mede ook door Ray, de hond en de poes die regelmatig een bezoekje brengen. Matteo is een perfecte host. Vriendelijk en hartelijk, van bij aankomst tot vertrek. Ook de lekkere attentie in de koelkast bij aankomst wisten we zeer te appreciëren. We verbleven twee nachten in het huisje maar deze periode is te kort om nog meer mooie plekjes te bezoeken aan de prachtige kusten. Als je van rust houdt dan is april een prima periode om deze kusten te bezoeken. Het toerisme is nog niet op gang maar het voordeel is dat het nog rustig is op de stranden en er overal plaats is op terrasjes om te genieten van een lekker aperitiefje. Wij raden deze accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Ik hoop er ooit nog terug te keren.

Matteo was a superb host, most attentive and nothing was too much trouble. He went out if his way to make suggestions for day trips, sights and restaurants and was always happy to phone and make arrangements for you. His breakfasts were works if art, with something slightly different everyday. There are three self-contained villas of varying sizes. Each is modern and well presented with everything you could need. The King Suite in which we stayed is the larger one with an idyllic, private balcony/terrace and our favourite - a raised lounging 'platform' with cushions and a stunning new over the bay in the shade. Matteo's Golden Retriever, Ray, is an absolute star and real softy, as is his sidekick cat. Both like to pop round just to see if you're Ok and have a quick fuss on occasion.

Nothing really! Just be aware that other than the nearby beach at Marinella, with sunbeds and bars during the high season (not what we wanted anyway) local amenities are sparse and a car is essential as there is no public transport nearby. If you want peace and quiet as we did it's fine, but if you want restaurants within walking distance you're going to be disappointed.

A very nice and spacious room with a magnificent view, we really enjoyed making friends with Ray. We thank Matteo for the warm, typically Italian hospitality

The magnificent view with the stormy sea cuddled by the warmth of the fireplace which really warms things up! The general cleanliness is good, the linen was perfumed and perfectly tidy!!! I finally found a bed with a very comfortable mattress and really perfect for my back victim of 3 herniated discs!!!! (Travelling is always a problem...). Nearby you can also walk to the beach and it is really nice in these winter months without too many tourists. we liked Villa Khepri very much and are happy to think about a return in the autumn!

Exceptional beachfront location with fantastic breakfast in the morning in total privacy without meeting anyone from the other rooms there! Remarkable Matthew's helpfulness in giving us advice on beaches, restaurants and beautiful places to visit, the dolphin tour was simply UNFORGETTABLE

Wonderful experience at Villa Khepri, everything was very comfortable and well cleaned! Matthew took us by boat to see the dolphins, we saw them swimming beside us, touching the presence of a mother with her baby, what a fantastic tour! We recommend this beautiful place to everyone for the experiences you can have!

Beautiful location and property, so close to Olbia and the many beaches. Matteo is an amazing host! He was so welcoming, gave us restaurant recommendations, and organised a boat trip for us along with his other guests. Delicious breakfast. 10/10 - can’t fault it! We will recommend Matteo’s accomodation to all of family & friends back in NZ 😀😀
