"Nice villa, poorly trained, rude staff!"

Rude, arrogant and unpleasant onsite manager/receptionist Rude poorly trained security staff. On the day of departure, the manager came to my door at 10.15am and demanded me to leave as check out time was 10 am. No guests were booked into my villa. I explained that I was awaiting my driver. She told me that I must leave at the latest 10.30 am. She told me that the departure time was 10.am and I should have read the book in the villa. A very rude, arrogant and poorly trained staff member Stay at another villa in Jomtien where they have onsite management and not in Bangkok!
