Villa muy espaciosa, decorada con gusto. La piscina, aunque parecía más pequeña en las fotos, nos pareció genial. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Muy bien equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar (aire acondicionado, bártulos de cocina, pequeños electrodomésticos, etc.) La chica que nos recibió era majísima, un solete 🌞 ¡Para repetir!

The villa is amazing; it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is quiet and spacious. The rooms are very clean, and all the necessary facilities are available. Communication with hosts is super easy and smooth.

The location can be a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car, as going out in the evening or grocery shopping can be challenging. Getting a taxi or Uber can also be difficult.

Villa Nice was perfect for our group of 10 girls coming on a 3 night trip to Mallorca. Communication with owner was excellent, the house was SUPER clean on arrival, and the house is well equipped and spacious. perfect for a large family or group. saw some reviews before hand about hot water being an issue, we had no issues it just took time to heat up.

no proper oven, only a small convection, would be hard to cook a full meal - but it was fine for pizzas etc. could do with updating the pool and pool location but overall was fine. outdoor garden furniture could do with some additional cushions but good quality otherwise.

It didn’t have a cooker, but we made use of the fire and BBQ area

Nice outside area. Comfortable and large rooms

WiFi very poor. One of the showers leaked quite badly. The person in charge of managing the property was t great at responding to things. For example there were no cushions on any of the sun loungers and we had to wait until our last day until she came to put them out.

The property was just like its pictured. Was very well presented throughout. We had no problems with the aircon or water pressure everything was working great!

The property was perfect the only thing I would say is metered taxis are a lot cheaper than Uber and you will need to taxi everywhere so definitely use a local taxi service (about 15 mins to palma centre and marina)
