The villa is conveniently located near the sea.

Unfortunately, our stay at the villa did not meet our expectations for several reasons. First, the kitchen's cleanliness was subpar, necessitating a thorough cleaning upon arrival. We also found it necessary to purchase a broom due to the lack of adequate cleaning supplies. The water pressure in the shower was insufficient, making it impossible for multiple people to shower simultaneously. This was quite inconvenient and detracted from our overall comfort. Another issue was the layout of the flat terrace, which faces directly into the sun without any shelter. This made it unusable during most of the day due to the intense heat. Access to the swimming pool was only possible through the main entrance, which caused inconvenience. Furthermore, the pool lacked shaded areas, making it too hot to use until late afternoon. Additionally, the bed mattresses were not comfortable, which affected the quality of our sleep. Lastly, during the check-out process on a very hot day, the air conditioning was prematurely switched off, which was both unprofessional and uncomfortable for us.
