Villa Halima Fostira

The property is very clean, well maintained and within walking distance of the harbour with its restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Alex (lovely guy) the owner came early every morning to clean the pool. He even brought us some lovely lemons from his garden to welcome us.

A beautifully kept villa in a perfect location just a two minute walk from the local beach and 15-20 minutes to bars and restaurants. Both the villa and pool were immaculate. Alex and Katerina were so friendly and helpful and we thank them for making our time in Cyprus so enjoyable.

Nothing it was perfect for us.

We stayed at the villa for 4 nights in September and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute easy walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the center of Latchi. From the balcony, we enjoyed lovely sea views. The villa has a beautiful garden and a nice deep pool, perfect for relaxing. Our bedroom was large, clean, and very comfortable. The owners, Alex and his wife, were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was great. The only minor issue was that the air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t quite powerful enough for the room size. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped, but we did miss having a juicer — it would be a wonderful addition on an island full of delicious oranges.

Excellent location

The location was spot on, less then 5 mins to Polis municiple beach and a 15 min stroll in the evenings to Latchi. The pool at the Villa was perfect for what we needed. The villa was bigger than we thought it would be. Great to have 3 big bedrooms so the kids could have their own bedroom! Everything you needed in the kitchen although we ate out every evening but had breakfast and some lunches in the Villa. Alex the host cleaned the pool early every morning, very informative and so happy to see us. We cant wait to go back.

Loved it all. You can hear some cars from the road other side of the wall, but it didn't bother us at all.

The location was excellent, the villa is situated very close to restaurants and other shops. The beach is very close, just a short walking distance from your doorstep! Everything was exceptionally clean and all the rooms were fully equipped. Overall it was a wonderful experience, everyone was very friendly and willing to help, will definitely visit again!
