The biggest gripe was no hot water (on and off) but there were lots of little issues and our problems weren't handled very efficiently by the management company Agni Travel. We were eventually offered alternative accommodation but had to sort out getting there ourselves which turned out to be a big problem! We were only there 4 nights so it had a massive impact on our time away!

The property was very spacious. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the pool definitely made the experience, the pool was cleaned daily. The property itself is very central to the strip so you could walk to the beach and shops. Very good communication from the villa owner/manager when needed. Very accommodating with late checkouts.

The property had visible mold, an ant infestation and cockroaches found in areas including the fridge and around plug sockets,The bedding was also poor quality, with thin pillows that were visibly yellow stained making the accommodation feel unclean and uncomfortable. It did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. On top of that, there was a lot of outdoor construction noise early in the morning, which made it difficult to relax or get proper rest. The neighbours were extremely sensitive to minimal noise, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere during the stay and made it hard to feel relaxed while simply enjoying the property normally. For 7 adults staying the hot water was very minimal, turning cold after 3 people had showered.

Needs some updating/decorating. Only 1 walk in shower although 2 bathrooms ... one is on suite with bath so makes it difficult for 7 adults. Water was cold after 4 or 5 people showered.

Nice location very easy to get to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Air-conditioning/heating in bedrooms only. Enough mugs for 6 people, mix and match glasses for wine, no plastics for around the pool. Beds were comfortable. Fridge worked as did kettle. Wifi worked. Pool ok heated a couple degrees. Villa also called Villa Liliana on multiple websites.

Shower room smelt of urine all the time and the window was out so they put a plastic bag only there as replacement. Dirty unkempt outside shower, bath tub too big for amount of hot water with shower attachment but no containment. Not enough pillows available for beds, they were discoloured and smelt of sweat. No extra bedding when cold so heating aircon.No plastic cups or mugs to use round pool. Could do with some containers for food. No soap, washing up liquid or cloth/sponge to wash plates etc. Settees definitely need replacing no back cushions on one and the other was a broken bed settee that is pushed against the breakfast bar so you hit your head on the granite work surface. Cleaning could be better found old food on the floor and biscuits under the settees. Area around pool was dirty to say we got there exactly on check out.

We had an amazing time here, the villa was amazing and so close to the strip and nearby shops! We had a late flight and had asked for later check out which was kindly offered free of charge. We will definitely be back☺️

The villa itself good location

Needs a bit of tlc plug socket in kitchen needs fixing very loose. Better pillows would be good. A hand soap doesn't cost much one could be left in each bathroom. A few bigger bath towels would be good. Window in bathroom needs fixing a lidless bag was shoved in.

The pool was very nice, and the villa was very secure

Im very upset that the bathroom window was broken and I had to keep emailing to ask it to be fixed and it was never fixed. It was also very difficult to find the bins on the street. It was very far from the gate of the villa.

There was no extras such as tea/coffee/sugar sachets. Just lacked a few basic extras to make it excellent

The interior was run down. The sofa was diabolical. In order to sit on it you had to use pillows from bedrooms to sit upright as had no cushions to support. Not a single condiment in the kitchen press. No soap in the 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) absolutely awful. Would not recommend.
