"practical location. very well equipped house"

Maison propre, bien placée, dans une très belle région. Tout était très calme et très agréable. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais c'est bien indiqué dans le descriptif. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour

Villa stupenda e pulita.. Ottima posizione..immersa nel verde..Al mattino ci svegliamo con il canto degli uccellini... Cristina è sempre molto disponibile e molto gentile.. È la seconda volta che andiamo lì e ci ritorneremo senz'altro..

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, großzügig mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, wir waren nur zu zweit, super Lage am Rand des Ortes Sant'Anna Arresi, Supermarkt und Restaurant's auch fußläufig erreichbar, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um den Süden Sardiniens zu erkunden. Gastgeber unkompliziert und schnell erreichbar. Check-in schnell und einfach gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Grit und Jana.

"Découverte de Cagliari à Porto Flavia en 1h de voiture depuis la maison"

Bon emplacement pour visiter le sud (nous visitons beaucoup) on a apprécié la terrasse pour les petits déjeunés et meme bbq (on s'en ai pas servi). Restaurants ouverts à SantʼAnna Arresi même hors période estivale. Le parking devant la maison

chauffage dans la salle de bain (c'était début avril) !

All appliances you need were there. Because of winter we were the only guests in the whole complex and therefore it was nice and quiet. A/C in all the rooms, which one could use to heat if it was colder. We could stay a bit longer after checkout without difficulties, which was nice. Owner was very nice and helpful. In the summer there is apparently a pool to be used (not in winter).

Appliances and silverware a bit dirty, but after self cleaning totally ok. A little moldy in the apartment (seemingly due to water damage, although just a little spot on one of the walls, one can smell it. As i am myself a bit allergic to that i know though how important that is to know).

- casa ben attrezzata (con lavatrice, caffettiera, etc) - la qualidad della doccia - la localizzazione - check in semplice

- faceva molto freddo notte e l'aria condizionata non riscaldava abbastanza la camera - bagno fuori della camera, nell'inverno non va - staff non gentile alla fine della stanza mi ha invitato un messaggio maleducato solamente perché avevo lasciato la caffettiera scontata per asciugare bene dopo l'uso - c'era macchia nel piumino - asciugamani molto usato
