Villa Mimosa-Con piscina e vista lago

What an amazing week we had at Villa Mimosa! Fabrizio was such a wonderful host — nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always there to help and made our holiday feel extra special. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable! We would definitely recommend Villa Mimosa to others, and we would love to come back again 😀

We loved our stay at Villa Mimosa! One of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is a great location on the lake, with amazing views and a very small walk down to the lake and restaurants. The pool & property are very well kept and the house is modern and clean. Fabrizio is the best host, nothing is an issue. He is very attentive had great recommendations and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The property was immaculately clean. There is air conditioning throughout the top floor of the villa (used mostly for sleeping). We were extremely impressed with the amount of utensils, kitchen equipment and appliances. It had everything you needed. The property itself is stunning, the view of the lake is breathtaking. The ground floor of the villa is beautiful. All open with a separate toilet and utility room. The bifolding windows open on to a beautiful garden with stunning views of the lake, pool and hot tub. You can also access the garage via the garden for your car, plus there are bikes available to use at no extra cost. The host, Fabrizio, was incredibly hospitable. Never met anyone so accommodating and thank him for making our holiday that extra bit special. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Wonderful accommodation with a great host! Fabrizio did all the little things that make a big difference. Nice and well planned house with good rooms and well equipped kitchens. Wonderful views with good pools and walking distance to bars, restaurants and cycling distance to shopping. Close to the beach for nice swims and also nice walk by the beach. We loved the four bikes that were available for us!

The apartment is in a great place with an awesome view! There is lots of space to enjoy. The manager does his work perfectly, we loved his recommendations and hospitality. King thanks!

We had wonderful holidays in Villa Mimosa and definitely come back again into this wonderful house and to Fabrizio our fantastic host. The house is located in Brenzone, 10 Minutes by car to Malcesine. To drive up and park into the garage needs some practice, not for beginners. The view is beautiful from the garden and from the upper floor. Amazing to stand up in the morning and see the lake and the mount. Downstairs is everything brand new and high quality. The kitchen is completely equipped. We had some days with cold weather but there is a pellet heating. The upper floor is older but includes also a kitchen. Everything war perfectly maintained and clean. The whirlpool in the garden is a real highlight. There are bikes in the apartment for free. It was perfect to ride a bike along the lake. Fabrizio welcomed also our small dog and was taking care of a bed also for him. Fabrizio supported us with recommendations for restaurants, bars, wellness and spa activities.

The upper floor and the ground floor are not connected within the house, you need to go on outside stairs. We needed to get used to it. Brenzone and Lake Garda entirely does not have any opportunities for activities in case of bad weather.

Villa Mimosa is a STUNNING property. Extremely clean, well appointed and in the BEST location. It is modern, tastefully decorated, fully equipped with everything you could want or need, including the bonus beer machine and 4 bikes! the view is fabulous from both the lower and upper floor balcony/patio. It is a very short walk (2 mins) to the water front and a nice selection of bars and restaurants which are not too touristy. The area is quiet, surrounded by the mountains and has a very 'local' feel. There is a bus stop a few mins away so you don't have to use your car all of the time. There is a garage to keep your car in (with a tiled floor and access to the garden which we used as our main entrance/exit) but be careful - it is a tight turn into it. Finally, we must mention the fabulous Fabrizio, the owner/caretaker. We booked through Booking.com and received a timely WhatsApp from Fabrizio introducing himself. He met us at the property, explained everything very well and answered all of our questions throughout our stay. He was always available and dropped by now and then to clean the pool and jacuzzi and empty the bins. He could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and was so friendly. Villa Mimosa is not the cheapest accommodation option on Lake Garda but in our experience, you get what you pay for. We can not fault Villa Mimosa or Fabrizio and would return in a heart beat. HIGHLY recommended!

Absolutely nothing. It's on a steep hill - some people may not like this or be able to walk up it but you get the best views as a result. The stairs from upper floor (bedrooms) to ground floor are outside - but they are beautiful stairs which give a very Italian feel - if outside stairs aren't your thing, don't book it. You need to be careful getting your car in and out of the garage - but if you've passed a driving test it shouldn't be a problem. To us, all of these things enriched our stay and there was NOTHING we did not like!

Amazing views of the lake upstairs and downstairs. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the lake and the small village of Porto where there is enough to do and eat for a day. A short car journey away are slightly larger places with castles, more upmarket restaurants and other activities - sailing, kite surfing etc. The host was the most hospitable and friendly and helpful we have experienced. He helped us book the most amazing experiences, restaurants, taxis, was always on hand to assist with any questions about the property and local area. A superb host. The property was very clean, tidy, full of all we needed and the children loved the pool and especially the hot tub! Extremely child friendly as it is possible to close all the gates and have the children roam the garden and around the villa outside. All balconies enclosed as well. In summary, this was the most amazing villa and host combination and I would recommend to those with small children, families with older children and small groups of adults.
