Monterosso Apartments in Servano's Villas

The property was in an amazing location and had stunning views! The beds were comfortable, it had AC, the kitchen amenities were nice. It had a very nice living and dining room area and the bathroom was modern and clean.

No complaints! It was perfect for our stay and it accommodated our group size of 8 people very well.

Very good location. Really great view from master bedroom. Two of the three rooms were comfortable. Kitchen had just enough and was equipped for our stay. Quick and easy to walk to town. Apartment was right off the stairs to the long hiking trail through the 5 towns. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Had a key box which was helpful if we wanted to separate.

We had a few issues during our stay but overall still very much enjoyed our time. We were met at the apartment by Donatella. At first, she seemed pleasant but once we asked a question, her demeanor changed so fast. She became short-tempered and quite bothered which left us all a bit shocked. The next morning we woke up to ants in the downstairs bedroom even in the bed. Donatella did come resolve the issue, but not without major attitude and repeated comments about it being her day off, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Things got a little heated. THE STAIRS.. BE AWARE. There are 95 steps, which is not made clear in the description. There is a road you can walk up to access the back side, which is easier for luggage maybe but still very steep. A part of the walkway once you arrive on the backside requires lifting suitcases up. It's missing the lip to the walkway. This could be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. The downstairs bedroom where we had ants was small, with two single beds and very limited storage. 2 small hooks to hang 1 piece of clothing on each. Nowhere to put suitcase The AC unit was there, but the ants appeared to be coming from that area, so we did not feel comfortable using it. This may have been an isolated issue. Dontella did come through and change all the sheets and gave us more towels. Toward the end of our trip, one of the single beds in that downstairs room collapsed 3 times. 2 during the night. We found it had been held together on one side with a bread tie. They knew about and crossed their fingers because once it was mentioned we were told a new bed was coming "tomorrow". Also, this apartment is not truly 3 (bath)rooms. 2.5. The downstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. One had a big bathtub. The only shower everyone wanted to use was in the master en suite.

El apartamento en sí es muy bonito y la ubicación es perfecta!!

Quizá lo que menos que solo haya un baño para 3 habitaciones, pero es bastante común en los apartamentos de la zona y las escaleras de entrada son algo complicadas para gente con movilidad reducida

Emplacement magnifique au départ du chemin de randonnée pour Vernazza (comptez 81 marches pour accéder au logement) et très belle vue sur la plage. Certes les trains passent souvent mais curieusement il résonne comme un air de vacances invitant à découvrir les 4 autres villages. L'appartement se rapproche d'une maison (accès à un jardin avec table et chaises pour les repas). Beau volume, confortable. Nous y avons passé 5 nuits pour des vacances de Pâques géniales. Vive les Cinque Terre (en dehors de la haute saison, bien sûr)

Les 81 marches (il existe un chemin sans marche, mais plus long)...mais au final cela devient un plaisir

The flat is so nice, very well equipped, 2 nice balconies, amazing view over Monterosso and the see. 3 toilets/bathrooms is very handy for 8 people.

The location was very good, close to the center of the town, with a beautiful view. The house was big, clean and comfortable. The host friendly and supportive.

The garden was in the process of being reorganised, therefore it wasn't possible to really stay out there.

Donatella är mycket vänlig. Hon hjälpte oss då en av resväskorna inte kom med flyget.
