Pool is tiny. More like a large bath. I could reach both sides - one with foot, one with arm - at the same time. Lack of proper loungers. Impossible to sun bath your back on the loungers they have. Lack of shade during the day. Terrible wifi, I had to work one day - impossible. No excuse for this, as phone 4G worked fine and there is Starlink on this island, which for a month costs a tenth of what this villa cost us for a day. Overall, there is nothing really wrong with this property, it is just massively overpriced for what it is. House is small. Workmanship is very poor. Somebody has gone over it with some paint and little knowledge on how to paint. The bedroom ceiling looked downright dangerous. One of the kitchen cabinets was all bent looked like it might fall off the wall. The fridge moved whenever you opened the fridge door. Kitchen countertop and all cutlery in terrible condition. Not a fan of the Polynesian / African decor. Pretty sure the people who did the decor don't even know the difference between Greek, Polynesian and African. It is just cheap and looks instagrammable, so they put it there. When checking in, the host told us to ask any question we want. So I asked him if our boat to Skopelos is going to run on schedule. He said it would be unusual if it didn't, but he would look into it. Of course, I got zero reply from him, and yeah, the boat didn't run. Asked him about the internet, he said he would fix it, and nothing was done. So yeah, so the hospitality is nice as long as you don't actually need anything. At this price point it is unacceptable.

The location and setting is awesome lovely views - you can sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by and just chill by the dipping pool. Outside space is lovely.

There were a few maintenance problems; we had to get repairs done to the bed and kitchen cupboard and although these were fixed smartly they should have been done before our stay.

Beautiful location with stunning views. The pool was perfect although small, perfect for us. The interior is stunning and we all slept well on the comfy beds.

No bbq or outside kitchen or cooking area. No outside dining table and chairs only sunbeds and a sofa with tiny side tables. The views are too beautiful to cook and eat inside!

Location was very good. The view is absolutely stunning. The villa is very comfortable.

There needs to be an outside table for breakfasts and other meals. There would need to be a sunshade over the table and there also needs to be more parasols for the sun loungers. The view is wasted to a certain extent because it is too hot to spend any periods of time out there with no eating table and lack of shade. Definitely need a car when staying here, but then a car is very useful for exploring the island and varying the beach visits of which there are loads!
