La gestione degli spazi é ottimale per un gruppo di persone, la struttura è pulita e accogliente e ben fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Il proprietario è una persona disponibile e gentile. La zona in cui si trova è isolata e ideale per vacanze relax ma al contempo non distante dal centro di Montegiorgio e dalle città vicine più grandi.
