Villa Azul

Plenty of space for a large gathering. The outside seating area was well used. The pool was very good.

The balconies were not in use therefore they were secured which did leave me somewhat concerned as the only way of getting out of the property was through the front door which in an emergency could be an issue. Minor issues having all the bedrooms upstairs and only one bathroom on that level with two being downstairs.

Pool and garden was fantastic! Great location. Fully equipped kitchen,lovely bathrooms and sitting areas.

Some of the guests mentioned some of the beds were a little uncomfortable.

The property was absolutely beautiful very spacious plenty seating areas and bathrooms definitely was attention to details. Very clean Judith was very helpful and thoughtful sorting things out for us The pool was amazing as well

The electric gates but I was told that it was a ongoing problem they had someone out twice trying to fix them

Large property close to town that was big enough for 10 guests

The showers could have drain quicker, a very minor fault

Location was brilliant, the Villa is lovely with everything you need. Great communication.

The property was lovely and spacious, and nice and clean. The pool was a great size.

The pool and outside space was exceptional .The size of the indoor seating area was very good with lots of room for everyone.Location to all local amenities was really good. WiFi was excellent. Lots of good kitchen equipment. The provision of indoor and outdoor towels is a real bonus especially if you do not wish to take your own with you.

The showers are nice but the drainage is very poor and you end up standing in a pool of water every time you shower. Occasionally it flowed over into the bathroom area.lighting at the barbecue area did not seem to work even after following the instructions to turn them on. Kitchen cupboard doors require a bit of maintenance IE: hinge broken and handles loose. One sunbed was broken with no way of raising the back up so it had to stay flat.

Absolutely fantastic location and facilities. Comfortably accommodated our group of 12. Pool and outside space is top quality, once again perfect for a large group. Communication with the host was excellent and was met on arrival by her representative to show us around and explain where everything was. We will definitely use the villa again if available. As a group we have been visiting quesada for a golf break for about 7 years and to date this is the best accommodation we have used.
