The location, the pool, the layout of the villa and the A/C

Just a few minor things. Water jug leaks so kitchen floor was slippery (put a towel down) and the shower water pressure was not the greatest.

Villa had a great layout and was neat and tidy.

Was a bit noisy throughout the day with motorbike mechanic next door. Hot water in showers were hit and miss. Bit of a walk into the centre of town

"Great villa"

Ryan was a fantastic host and was very accommodating with any request, such as scooter/buggy hire and airport transfers

The villa is located next door to a 'factory' which houses and works on motorbikes/scooters. As such, the noise during the day of motors revving, and the fumes from the motorbikes, was very full on.
