SASuch a nice Villa Romantic and quiet the staff they were great helpful. They were generous with drinking water, coffee tea whatever you need they will accommodate you. breakfast was great whatever you want they’ll make it for you.

BEThe Villa was amazing. Huge, with bedroom, living room and terrace with private swimming pool. Very good breakfast and all property clean
The staff are basically people who do not have enough experience with hosting. Each day when coming back to the Hotel, no one was at the reception…usually just one boy hiding from us, being shy, and embarrassed of playing with his smartphone…Quite disappointing for such a high end hotel. Probably related with no one actually teaching the boys how to work at a hotel, neither to talk in english. On top of that, what bothered is the most, was that we booked a taxi to the airport the day we were leaving….but the staff messed up, did not actually booked our taxi, and did not realized until it was to late, at the time we needed urgently to leave. Such a stress situation made the staff collapse mentally. They called taxis on the phone but did not now how to propose a realistic solution for such an urgent need…..very bad experience when booking transport services with this hotel. And finally: do not rent motorbikes with this hotel. The motorbike we rent was uncomfortable: one of the mirrors was broken, did not have phone holder, the kickstand was very hard to pull, and on top pf all that…they provided the motorbike with the tank almost empty 😂

AULoved the privacy and layout of the villa, the views from the top floor were beautiful across the jungle. And the pool area was perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff were so attentive, breakfast was fantastic and they helped us order take away to the villa (the pizza they recommended was much better than Melbourne!). They even drove my son and I to the beach each morning and picked us up when we were ready to come back. Truly went above and beyond helpful!
